Covid 19 Statement

As the impact of COVID-19 grows, our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees and customers while doing our part to restrict the spread of disease. We know it is critical for us to be transparent with information, and to be as proactive and responsive as we can be.

Cleaning and Sanitation
Our employees strictly adhere to the Evora Culinary Solutions’ highest level of compliance. Strict hand hygiene practices and protective equipment use have been a mandated in our standard operating procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and the customers we serve.

Employee Health and Wellness
We diligently adhere to our employee policy for reporting illness. Employees communicate directly to their supervisor if he/she has been exposed to COVID-19, and we ensure those employees do not come to work until medically cleared. If there is concern for an employee, be it COVID-19 exposure or suspected illness, we work with local health department to respond.

We have implemented face masks for all employees across all of our departments and continue to promote social distancing within our facilities and the community.

Serving our Customers with Limited Contact

We have made the shift to a more digitally-driven business model, as well as the introduction of contactless delivery and curbside pickup. We continue to adhere to government mandates and local guidelines for food and beverage operations in each jurisdiction we operate.
As states begin to reopen businesses, we assure you we will act with your best interest and safety in mind, maintaining social distancing measures and continuing to make cleanliness a top priority.

Incorporating Flexibility
As the way we all do business and live our lives continues to change, we find ourselves growing stronger in our resolve to provide the best experience we can for all those in our community. Our mission includes a commitment to being flexible in an environment we expect will continue to change in the coming months and years. We promise to do all we can to keep our employees, customers, and the community safe, as we continue to follow the guidance provided by the CDC and local health officials.
